I offer personalised contraception counselling, including prescribing options like the pill, and procedures such as IUD (Mirena/Kyleena) and contraceptive implant insertions and removals.

An IUD insertion is an in-room procedure. I’ll guide you through the process beforehand, discuss pain relief options, and ensure you feel informed and comfortable throughout.

Yes, I offer gentle, age-appropriate care for teenage girls, including support with periods, contraception, acne, and general wellbeing.

You are welcome to attend your teens appointment with them, however I will often ask for you to step out for some of the consult, with your teens consent of course!

I want to empower my teenage patients to take ownership of their healthcare, learn to speak to their concerns, and experience validation and acceptance by their healthcare provider. I tailor this to each individual as required, most importantly I want your teenager to feel safe and confident in their health care and goals.
